CAMDEN, NJ — Over a month after the fatal shooting of Quinton Norman, 30, on April 9, authorities arrested and charged a man suspected of the murder Monday.
Marquese Holmes, 21, of Camden is facing one count of first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder.
"Investigators say Holmes killed Norman and injured a woman...during a shooting on the 700 block of Mt. Vernon St,” according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Joe Wysocki.
Holmes, who is currently being held in the Camden County jail prior to his detention hearing, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force — Camden Division.
