CAMDEN, NJ — Police are investigating recent incidents involving paintballs shot at individuals in Camden.

At approximately 1 a.m. Sunday, two unknown male suspects approached a man at 15 N. 7th St. and fired multiple paintballs at him, the Camden County Police Department said.

Then just before 6 a.m. Tuesday, a woman walking in the area of Broadway and Jackson Street reported that several unknown men in a vehicle fired paintballs in her direction and at other people in the area. The victim said she observed the vehicle again minutes later, with the men firing paintballs in the area of Broadway and Everett Street.

Police say there were multiple unknown male suspects seen inside the vehicle — a green, four-door Chevrolet Lumina bearing New Jersey license plate W18 LRU. The CCPD released photographs of the vehicle on Tuesday.
