CAMDEN, NJ — A two-alarm fire at a home on the 2800 block of Cleveland Avenue on Wednesday ultimately left two families displaced, according to the Camden Fire Department (CFD).
CFD officials said an electric heater was suspected to be the cause of the fire — which took roughly two hours to contain and required help from the Cherry Hill Fire Department.
It took longer to contain "due to hot spots spread out through the wood frame structure."
Searches of the home for anyone potentially trapped turned up negative.
No firefighters or residents were injured as a result of the fire.
