NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - Real Estate Professionals from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties’ New Providence Office will be hosting a First Time Homebuyer Seminar at 7p.m. on Wednesday, April 13th. The seminar will be held at the New Providence Office located at 1260 Springfield Ave. in New Providence

“This seminar is great for people who would like to buy their first home in the near or distant future,” said Mike Del Duca, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties’ New Providence Office. “The best thing you can do before beginning your home search is to be fully prepared for what is ahead and this seminar will help you do that.”

Guest speakers will include, Anthony DiMaggio, Esq., Debbie Watts, loan officer with Home Capital Network, and Jim Ciatto, certified inspector with Top Notch Home Inspection. Topics discussed will be, what you need to know before you purchase your first home, what to expect from the inspection process, and how to prepare for a mortgage application.
