CHESTER, NJ - Senior attackman Mac Bredahl became the all-time leading career scorer in boys lacrosse for Chatham during a 12-11 win over West Morris on Thursday.

Bredahl, who collected four goals and three assists in the game, put his name in the record books when he converted a pass from Connor Byrd with three seconds left in the first half to give Chatham (10-6) a 12-6 advantage.

The goal was Bredahl's seventh and final point of the game, boosting his career total to 281 points. That eclipsed the mark of former teammate Cougar Pete Coleman, who closed out his career with 280 points.

So far this season, Bredahl has piled up 82 points on 43 goals and 39 assists. In his three-year varsity tenure, he has 139 goals and 142 assists.

Byrd finished the game with two goals and four assists for Chatham, which received three goals from Cole Krauss.
