Chatham Borough and Chatham Township Ranked Among Best Places to Live by NJ Monthly

CHATHAM, NJ - In its September “Best Places to Live” issue, arriving in subscribers’ mailboxes this week, New Jersey Monthly ranked Chatham Borough No. 18 and Chatham Township No. 36 among its top 100 towns in New Jersey.

The magazine’s complete list of 510 ranked towns will become available on NJMonthly.com after Sept. 1.

In compiling its 2015 list, NJ Monthly said it used an independent research firm to examine factors including home prices, real estate taxes, student test scores, crime rates and lifestyle factors including commute time and presence of dining and cultural options.

Towns with a population of fewer than 1,500 were not included.
