Chatham Borough Farmers' Market Set to Open June 25th

The Chatham Borough Farmers' Market is proud to return for its 5th season, on Saturday June 25th from 8 a.m until 1 p.m.  The market, located at the Chatham Train Station off Fairmount Avenue runs every Saturday, rain or shine, through November 19th.

Market manager Janice Piccolo and the volunteers who run the market have many events planned for this banner year, including contests, food demos and tastings, performances and more.

On Opening Day, beginning at 9 a.m., market goers will be treated to the sounds of  returning favorite Kathy Byers and Lydia Adams Davis.

Also returning to the market is Chef Jesse Kraft, with a food demo at 11 a.m.

Favorite vendors including Snoep Winkel Farms, Shore Catch, Melick Towne Farms, Muth Farms, Pickle Licious, Chatham Bakery and Bread Shoppe, Fontanarosa’s Home Made Ravioli and Pasta, Scrumbcious, Maria’s Biscotti, Gourmet Nuts and Dried Fruits, J&J’s Italian Ices, Krakus Deli, Peony’s Envy Flower Farm, Mangia Feast, Secret Garden Soaps and North East Kettle Corn will all be here.

New this year are, Moon Doggie Roasters – Artisan Specialty Grade Coffee, Chocolista – Fine Chocolates and Confections, Lost Loon Farms – Home Made jams and Jellies, Pascarella Brothers’ Delicatessen, Farm To Table Food Group – Jersey Sauces and Salsas, and Edge of Knife – Knife and Blade Sharpening.
