CHATHAM, NJ - Chatham Borough's Health Officer is reporting a spike in Coronavirus cases in the borough, with 18 new confirmed infections since Sept. 1.

The total number of confirmed cases in Chatham Borough is 89 since the start of the pandemic.

Chatham Borough Health Officer reported that eighteen (18) residents have tested positive (September 1-17) for the COVID-19 virus for a total of eighty-nine (89) positive cases. September 1-10 - 4 cases  (3 residents out of state, 1 teenage resident). September 11–16 – 14 cases (2 residents out of state, 12 teenage residents).

As a reminder, residents (including children)  should be, wearing masks, washing hands often and continuing to social distance as much as possible to minimize community spread. We will continue to share information on this and other cases when appropriate.
