CHATHAM, NJ - The Chatham Borough Planning Board will reveal the results of a feasibility study on the possible redevelopment of Post Office Plaza at its meeting set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 5.
"The public hearing to review the Post Office Plaza planning study to determine whether certain properties in and around Post Office Plaza qualify as an area in need of redevelopment is scheduled for 7:30 Wednesday," Matt Wagner, planning board member, said.
"In order to determine whether an area is in need of redevelopment the properties must meet certain statutory criteria. The study has been ongoing since January and the findings will be presented and discussed with the public. We urge all residents to attend this very important first step in the redevelopment."
