At 5:54 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, two female juveniles age 7 and 8 years of age, reported a suspicious incident in front of No. 32 Jackson Avenue in Chatham Borough. The two juveniles stated that an older Asian male, with salt and pepper hair, wearing a blue jacket, driving a small white or gray SUV stopped while driving past the juveniles on Jackson Avenue.
