Chatham Borough Updated Vote Count Confirms Election Night Winners

CHATHAM, NJ - With 11 provisional ballots added to the vote, Chatham Borough updated its vote total from the Nov. 7 election, which confirmed the announced winners reported last Tuesday (See updated totals below).

Robert Weber and Thaddeus Kobylarz were the winners in the four-way race for two Borough of Chatham Council seats.

"I would like to thank the voters for the faith and trust that they have placed in me," Bob Weber said. "I will not let you down. To those that did not vote for me, I hope to earn your faith and trust in the days ahead. If nothing else, the close nature of this contest proved how important every vote can be in an election.

Light your Luminaries from the Bethlehem Peace Light at Stanley Church, December 24th 4pm

On December 3nd, Boy Scout Troop 28’s Chaplain, Luka Batljan, brought the 2017 Bethlehem Peace Light to Stanley Church. The Peace Light is a continuously-burning flame, originating from the Grotto of the Nativity in Bethlehem, which is transferred via candle and lantern across the world.
