Chatham Boys Basketball Bows to Delbarton for Second Time This Season

MORRISTOWN, NJ - The Chatham boys basketball team was limited to nine points in the second half on Monday night when Delbarton scored a 55-39 victory over the Cougars.

It was the second loss to Delbarton (11-4) for Chatham (10-4) this season, having lost the season opener to the Green Wave, 64-59, in double overtime.

Guard Jack Rooney hit two 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 13 points for the Cougars, who have lost three of their last four games. Forward Graham LeMon had seven points for Chatham.

Chatham moved to a 21-11 lead iin the first quarter and held a 30-28 edge at the halftime break, but Delbarton outscored the Cougars 18-2, in the third quarter.
