The Chatham boys track team of Nick Ferrone, Jaylen Haye, Stephen Bondurich and Vincent Avallone won the 4x200 the East Coast Relays in 1:30.18

RANDOLPH, NJ - The Chatham boys 4x200 relay team of Stephen Bondurich, Jaylen Haye, Vince Avallone and Nick Ferrone broke the school record in winning the East Coast Relays in 1:30.18 on Monday at Randolph High.

Bondurich, back in good health after a month away from the track because of an injury, helped the team break the school mark set earlier this season by 2.5 seconds. The old record of 1:32.7 was set with Pranay Malla taking the place of Bondurich.

It marked just the second time in school history in which a Cougar team finished first at the East Coast Relays. The only other team to win the East Coast Relays was the 2013 intermediate hurdles team.
