Caroline Yourcheck as seen in May issue of NJ Monthly Credits: TAP Chatham

CHATHAM, NJ - Caroline Yourcheck, an executive committee member of the Chatham Community Garden, is featured in the May issue of NJ Monthly in a section that celebrates "NJ Master Gardeners."

The Chatham Township resident not only has a plot in the Chatham Community Garden, she also has a certified wildlife habitat in the back yard of her residence on Fairmount Avenue.

A personal trainer, Yourcheck believes that vigorous activity in a garden can double as as a beneficial training workout.

"I was thrilled that NJ monthly not only gave me the opportunity to share my garden with its readers, but also let me share my thoughts on how gardening, or what I do, PowerGardening - a more physically challenging form of gardening that combines both traditional gardening with landscaping activities - can provide a fun and effective outdoor workout," Yourcheck said.
