Chatham Fire Department Receives Check from Turkey Trot

CHATHAM, NJ - Members of The Chatham Turkey Trot, www.thechathamturkeytrot.org, presented the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department a check for $6,000 as a result of the 5th Annual Chatham Turkey Trot. 

The race, which was held on Thanksgiving Day, attracted more than 600 runners who participated in either the 1-Mile Family Fun Run or 5K Race.

The group sent a similar check to the Diabetes Research Institute, another organization that is a beneficiary of the race.  Individuals interested in learning about or registering for the 6th Annual Chatham Turkey Trot can visit www.thechathamturkeytrot.org.

Residents of Chatham to Receive Second Fundraising Letter Asking for Their Support of the Chatham Emergency Squad

During the week of May 20, a follow-up letter seeking donations to the Chatham Emergency Squad (CES) will be sent to more than 6,000 Chatham residents, businesses, religious and community organizations.
