WARREN, NJ – The 200 medley relay team of Junior Kate Ziegler (back), Charlotte Snow (breast), Campbell Lee (fly), and Lillian Auer (free) won the opening race to help the undefeated Chatham girls swim team win its 10th straight meet victory by defeating Parsippany on Thursday.

Chatham senior Anya D’Costa won the 100; senior Karoline Savarese placed first in the 50 freestyle; senior Marley McSweeney touched first in the 100 back; senior Hailey Harkins won the 100 breast.

Senior Erica Iizuka placed first in the 100 butterfly; senior Monica Iizuka won the 200 freestyle; junior Melek El Gabry placed first in the 500 free; and junior Gianna Latorre came in first in the 200 IM.

The 200 free relay team of Emma BatljanBridget RobinsonKatherine Wang, and Morgan Robinson placed first; and the 400 free relay squad of Marley McSweeneyCam BresnahanKaley Snarr, and Anya D’Costa won their event.

The Girls head into the Morris County Tournament on Saturday, January 25, hoping to win their 12th straight county title. 

The Chatham boys swim team also defeated Parsippany. Junior Mark Albarez placed first in the 200 IM; Aidan Kagan won the 200 free; Stavros Makris touched first in the 50 free; Will Nash won the 100 fly; and William Foucher placed first in the 500 free.
