FLORHAM PARK, NJ - Sophomore Heather Ivans shot a personal-best score of 42 in helping the Chatham girls golf team close out its 2017 season with a 196-212 win over Madison at the Pinch Brook Golf Course on Wednesday.

The team, coached by Stephen Kmiec, finished the season on a three-game winning streak to put its season record at 7-10-1, an improvement of three victories over the 2016 campaign.

Ivans carded three parts and averaged fewer than two putts per hole in nine-hole round at Pinch Brook. Chatham sophomores Christine Doherty and Ella Mercer also contributed to the team's victory with scores of 48 and 49, respectively.
