Chatham Girls Win Morris County Relay Shuttle Hurdle Championship; Break Record Again

DENVILLE, NJ - Chatham's girls shuttle hurdle relay team of Liz Malatesta, Erin O'Connor, Rashida Haye, Simone Kirton won the Morris County Relay Championship held at Morris Knolls over the weekend.

Chatham had been the third seed in the title race behind Randolph and Butler, but broke their own school record by two seconds with a winning time of 1:05.26. The old mark of 107.21 was set at the Dodgertown Relays last month.

Chatham's Pole Vault Relay Team (Colleen O'Neill, Nicole Marsh, Michaela Connor)-Tied for 5th place with a combined jump of 25'.

The Lady Cougars' 4x400m Relay Team (Morgan Maltby, Rashida Haye, Liz Malatesta, Erin Tencic)-6th place in 4:15.24.
