MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - The 295 graduates from Chatham High's Class of 2018 received their diplomas on Tuesday night during the 30th Commencement Exercises held at Mennen Arena.

The Select Choir sang the Star Spangled Banner and the Alma Mater. Valedictorian Emily Wang made the welcoming comments in her address and CHS Principal Darren Groh presented Alexis Pravdiuk with the 2018 Distinguished Teacher Recognition Award.

Assistant principal Douglas Walker announced the scholarships, followed by the presentation of the Class of 2018 by Groh. Superintendent Michael LaSusa certified the Class of 2018 and the diplomas were presented by assistant principals Lori Gironda and William Librera.

Chatham Board of Education President Jill Critchley Weber, whose son Jack was among the graduates, made the conferment of grauation.
