A Midsummer Night's Dream meets Manhattan in Chatham High School's contemporary interpretation of Shakespeare's most-adored comedy.  Central Park serves as the backdrop for three parallel stories--the trials and experiences of two sets of lovers, the world of the Fairy King and Queen and their elves, and a group of actors attempting to stage a production of "Pyramus and Thisbe”. All the chaos unfolds on stage November 17 and 18 at 7:30 p.m.

Local senior citizens are invited to the final dress rehearsal on Thursday, November 16 at 3:30 p.m. at the CHS auditorium. Immediately following the performance, seniors are invited to stay for a complimentary dinner.  Seating for the dress rehearsal is unrestricted, however, dinner reservations are limited to 80.  To RSVP for the senior dinner, please call Debbie Haeringer at (973)701-8037 or email debbie.haeringer@gmail.com by Thursday, November 9.  Diners will receive a confirmation call or email.

Tickets are $12.00 or $10.00 with a Chatham student I.D.  $12 tickets can be purchased in advance online at https://chsmidsummernightsdream.brownpapertickets.com/ starting Monday, November 6. Tickets will also be sold at the door before each performance and at CHS in the main lobby from Monday, November 13 - Friday, November 17 from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.  For more ticket information please email Jill Horowitz at jhorowitz@chatham-nj.org.
