CHATHAM, NJ - If there were "Selfie's" in 1715, William Pitt, the first Earl of Chatham, might have taken one to share the moment.

Chatham residents can win the $100 prize being offered by the Chatham Historical Society in their "Selfiemania" contest in honor of the Chatham's Tricentennial. See details of contest rules below.

Rules of participation: All photos must be taken in Chatham, New Jersey and must be appropriate to be viewed by all ages. The contest will run through June 14th. Winners will be notified via Instagram messenger the week of June 15th. $100 Visa Gift Card prizes will be awarded to the winner of each of these three categories: Funniest Selfie; Best Chatham Spirit Selfie; Best Group Selfie.
