MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - Jack O'Neill scored two goals and Tanner Acone had a goal and an assist for Chatham in a 4-1 ice hockey victory over West Morris on Friday at Mennen Sports Arena.

O'Neill capped his two-goal effort for Chatham (9-3-2) with a short-handed goal off a pass from Acone with 3:08 left in the third period.

James Herendeen scored in the first period for Chatham off a feed from Shay Black. Acone netted a power-play goal in the second period to make it 2-0 for the Cougars. Thomas Winter picked up the assist on the goal.

O'Neill made it 3-0 with 5:25 left in the second period when he converted a pass from Winter. Kieran Gruby scored in the second period for West Morris (3-8-1). Jamie Boles made 17 saves for Chatham.

Chatham meets Morristown-Beard, 2:30 Monday at Mennen Sports Arena.
