CHATHAM, NJ - Chatham Township remembered its military members who gave the ultimate sacrifice with a Memorial Day service on Monday at the park dedicated to the fallen next to the Green Village Fire Department.

Rudy Savoie played Taps, Pastor Frederick Boyle of Green Village United Methodist Church and Peggy Fawcett and Janet Doherty of the Green Village Fire Department Auxiliary participated in the ceremonies.

Chatham Township Deputy Mayor Kevin Sullivan, who served as a captain in the U.S. Marines, spoke and Green Village Deputy Chief Keith Vastola placed the wreath during the ceremony.
