CHATHAM, NJ - Lisa Hart came before the Borough of Chatham Council during the public comment portion of the meeting on Monday night and asked the mayor and council to proclaim Oct. 7, 2018, as "Respect Life Day in Chatham Borough."
"I have learned recently that we have the ability to make public comments, I never really knew that," Hart, a Chatham Borough resident, said. "I've heard some of the public comments that have been made and I felt like mine were kind of in line with those. I would love to have this issue have a voice in the public square."
