CHATHAM, NJ - Chatham schools paraded into the Halloween weekend, with students dressed up to Trick of Treat at their respective schools on Friday afternoon.

One spectator drew as much attention as the parade participants. Scarlett High, just 9 months old, was dressed as a little piggy and had the Lafayette students smiling at her sight.

Amy High brought Scarlett along to see her fifth grade sister, Caroline. The Highs also made a stop at Washington Avenue's parade before making it to Lafayette School.

At age eleven she’s figured out that we adults need to be reminded how to speak to one another in order to fix a problem. But I have hope and belief that we can fix that discourse in our ...
