Chatham Sophomores Win MCT Track Championship

Chatham's Steve Bondurich won 400-meter run at MCT Sophomore Track Championships Credits: TAP Chatham

RANDOLPH, NJ - Steve Bondurich won the 400-meter run, Kevin Gesell finished first in the 800-meter run and Jason Alexis won the triple jump as Chatham earned the Morris County Sophomore Track Championship on Saturday.

The Chatham sophomores collected 74 points to beat out Morristown, second with 58 points.

Bondurich clocked 52.40 in winning the 400, Gesell ran 1:58.92 in the 800 and Alexis had a leap of 40' 3" to take the triple jump.
