BURLINGTON, VT -- Some 3,055 students were awarded degrees during the University of Vermont's 217th commencement ceremonies. Alexander Nemerov, alumnus and one of the nations' leading art historians and scholar of cultural history, delivered the address.

Chatham graduates included: George Bischoff, Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Studies; Margaret Dougherty, Bachelor of Arts, Sociology; Emilie Ferguson, Bachelor of Science, Elementary Education - K-6; Jessica Gorham, Bachelor of Science, Animal Sciences; Morgan Maltby, Bachelor of Science, Public Communication, and Kathryn Tischenko, Bachelor of Science, Professional Nursing.
