Chatham Surfer Schroeder Wins LBI Competition; Reddington Takes First in Skimboard

LONG BEACH ISLAND, NJ - Chatham residents Colin Schroeder and Owen Reddington each took first place in respective events at the sixth annual Long Beach Island Longboard Classic held on Saturday.

Schroeder won the 15-and-under division surfing competition while Reddington was first in the skimboard contest.

There were 60 participants in the event, which raised $4,800 for the Alliance for a Living Ocean (ALO).
