Chatham Township Man Fired Rifle into Neighbor's Car on Susan Drive

CHATHAM, NJ - Sergey Radushinskiy, 69, a resident of Chatham Township was released from jail Monday after a hearing in which he was charged with unlawfully firing a rifle into a parked car, according to a published report by the Daily Record.

Chatham Township Police Officer Sean Lampf had answered the 911 call of "shots fired" early Sunday morning and found Radushinskiy in the road and took him into custody.

Lampf reported that Radushinskiy had fired a bullet from a rifle into a neighbor's car, which was unoccupied and parked in a driveway on Susan Drive.

This matter is being investigated by members of the Chatham Township Police Department, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office – Criminal Investigation Section, and the Major Crimes Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
