CHATHAM, NJ - Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen and Chatham Township Mayor Curt Ritter visited Southern Boulevard Elementary School recently, answering questions from the third-grade students in Melissa Scrittorale's class.

Frelinghuysen presented the school with an American flag that once flew over the capital and donated a book to the SBS library.

Ritter and Frelinghuysen answered questions from the children about the duties of a congressman and mayor.
