CHATHAM, NJ – On March 7 at 3:12 p.m. Chatham Township Police Officer David Gallo stopped a vehicle on Noe Avenue for an expired registration. As a result of the stop, and after a brief investigation, Tyisha Cunningham, 37 of East Orange was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Cunningham was transported to police headquarters, processed and issued a complaint summons for possessing under 50 grams of marijuana.
Cunningham also was issued motor vehicle summonses for having an expired registration and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in her vehicle. She was released pending an April court date.
