Chatham Track Places Second at Dodgertown Relays

MADISON, NJ - Avery Brown, Jaylen Haye, Steve Bondurich and Will Mitchell teamed up to clock 3:44.02, earning first place for Chatham, helping the Cougars to finish second overall at the Dodgertown Relays held Saturday.

Chatham gained 48 points to finish runnerup to Mendham in the competition that included 15 schools.

Distance Medley:  2nd place in 11.16.46;  team of Will Mitchell, Avery Brown, Grant Hauck and Pat Mortensen

Discus:  2nd place;  310 feet;  team of Ed Dennerlein, Lucas Montano, AJ Toriani

Pole Vault:  3rd place;  20 feet;  team of Will Kraemer and Steve Bondurich

Shuttle Hurdles:  3rd place;  team of Phil Heller, Jason Alexis, Harris Eisenhardt, Justin Corbit

Shot Put:  3rd place;  81 feet, 7.75 inches;  Team of Ed Dennerlein, Chris DeSante

4 X 200:  5th place;  1:37.04;  Team of Nick Ferrone, Harris Eisenhardt, Steve Bondurich, Phil Heller

Triple Jump:  5th place;  74 feet, 10.5 inches;  Team of Jason Alexis, Dylan Ott
