Three standout women's lacrosse players who led the Chatham High girls team to three state championships, are now the captains for their respective college teams.

Kallen Murray of Colgate, Jaclyn Leto of Dartmouth and Cornell's Brittany Marriott have been named to serve as captains for their college teams that will compete in the spring season.

Murray, Leto and Marriott were all four-year varsity players for Chatham High when the Lady Cougars girls lacrosse teams won three straight Group 2 state championships in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Those teams also won the Morris County Tournament championship in 2010 and 2012.

Murray, an attack, takes career totals of 33 goals and 41 assists into her senior season at Colgate. Leto, a midfielder, has piled up 98 career goals for Dartmouth, and Marriott is a defender for Cornell.
