St. Patrick School’s team of 3rd and 4th graders earned the title of 2018 New Jersey Consortium for Gifted and Talented Brain Bowl Champions competing against local parochial and public schools.
The rigorous competition entailed rotating through three preliminary rounds in math, reading, science, social studies and popular culture. St. Patrick School was one of the four teams with the highest scores advancing after the preliminary round to the finals. The St. Patrick School community is very proud of their winning Brain Bowl team.
Saint Patrick School, accredited by AdvancED, is a co-educational, parochial elementary school for students in preschool through eighth grade. The school has been nationally recognized as a United States Department of Education Blue Ribbon School, and a Diocese of Paterson Star School. Saint Patrick School is also a STEM school that promotes student critical thinking and application throughout the curriculum in all grades.
