Dennerlein Breaks Chatham Shot Put Record at Morris Hills Relays

ROCKAWAY, NJ - Chatham senior Ed Dennerlein set a new school outdoor record in the shot put with a throw of 50 feet, 10 inches at the Morris Hills Relays on Saturday.

Dennerlein broke his own school record of 47 feet, 7.25 inches he established at the Morris County meet last spring.

Chatham's intermediate hurdles relay team of Harris Eisenhardt, Justin Corbitt and Jaylen Haye placed second with a time of 3:04.08.
 
 
The Cougars' sprint medley team of Stephen Bondurich, Phil Heller, Jaylen Haye and Kevin Gesell were fourth in 3:37.8.
 
The team of Dennerlein, Alex Wilson and Chris DeSante placed sixth in the shot put relay with combined distance of 121 fee, 8.5 inches.
