Dennerlein, Walsh Star for Chatham in State Group 2 Track

TOMS RIVER, NJ - Chatham's Edward Dennerlein finished third in the Boys Shot Put in Friday's NJSIAA Group 2 State Track and Field Championships.

Dennerlein took third with a throw of 51-05.25.

In the girls' 1600 Meter Run, Laura Walsh of Chatham came in fourth with a time of 5:17.17.

Other high finishers for the Cougars in the Group 2 finals included the Boys 4x400 Meter Relay team of Stephen Bondurich, Harris Eisenhard, Nicholas Ferrone and Kevin Gesell, which came in sixth with a time of  3:33.87.

Will Mitchell of Chatham placed seventh in the Boys 3200 Meter Run with a time of 9:48.75, and Stephen Bondurich was eighth in the Boys 400 Meter Dash at 52.58.

Chatham's Meghan LeMon Awarded Degree from Miami University in Ohio

OXFORD, OH -- Meghan LeMon of Chatham was among more than 3,900 students from Miami University who received degrees during spring commencement exercises Saturday, May 19, 2018, at Millett Hall.

LeMon graduated MAGNA with a BA degree, majoring in Speech Path & Audiology.

Considered one of eight original "Public Ivies" in the country, Miami University is located in Oxford, Ohio.
