"I really care about people, I was brought up understanding the importance of helping others, whether it be in real estate or just in their everyday lives.” states France, son of the former Morristown Fire Chief and WWII veteran Steven R. France, Jr.  “I listen to my clients concerns and address them, with the goal of producing the results my clients expect from their Realtor.  I help them move on with their lives. Coccia’s system has given me the opportunity to concentrate on my clients needs and make their real estate dreams come true.”

Mr. France was born and raised in Morris County.  He is a graduate of Morris County Community College and currently lives in Morristown.

“As previously mentioned, Coccia has systems in place to give their agents the most concise tools to be there for their clients,” he continues.  “It starts with their simple approach in their tremendous support.  While I can concentrate solely on my clients, the administrative team takes care of all the minutia involved with my business and my transactions, acting as my team-mate.  What is even more distinguishable, they do not nickel and dime me for everything.   Plus I do not pay for leads, and there are no exorbitant franchise/admin fees either.  And yet they have all the tools necessary for my business, and a manager who is available to me whenever I need him.”

For all your real estate needs please contact Mr. France at 973-668-2591(cell) or 973-377-4400(ofc); or
