Fishawack Festival is rapidly approaching, but rest assured that the committee works hard all year bringing Chatham’s favorite event to fruition. Now that the festival is every year, there are few off months! The committee is really looking forward to June 11th. Fishawack 2011 is co-sponsored by Coldwell Banker, Pipe Works Services, and Juniper Village-Chatham. We have a full day planned with entertainment, children’s events, food, and vendors. There is something for everyone!
Fishawack Inc. president Chris Tomaino states: “One of my favorite parts of the festival is the knowledge that we bring a great day to the residents and then in turn get to return the profits to our important community organizations.” Attached are just some of the photos of Chris Tomaino, Fishawack Festival’s very own Prize Patrol, delivering the monies raised.
For more information please visit We need volunteers for the day too. It is a great way to get involved. It is also not to early to think about Fishawack 2012, would you like to get in on the planning stages? Email if you have interest in joining the committee or just volunteering an hour or two!
