Former Committeewoman Backs Rez Estevez for Chatham Township Committee

Dear Editor,

I think Rez Estevez is a highly qualified candidate for Chatham Township Committee. She is a sharp corporate attorney, has two children in the Chatham public schools and fully appreciates our economically stable, safe and beautiful town.

I find Rez to be very genuine, detail-oriented, and a complex thinker who can solve problems creatively. I know that Rez would dive into the details to understand important, complicated issues, such as the affordable housing mandate, or the way that the open space purchases must be funded through a combination of special taxes and matching funds, or how technology can help Township operations and resident services.

Rez is bold and willing to speak her mind, yet also would work cooperatively and do her homework. Ego would not get in her way. She is honest and collaborative. Rez would respond to public input, work toward even more transparency, and move Chatham forward while preserving our small town character. Vote for Rez in the June 6th Primary!
