Due to the stay at home order, staying active and fit can be tough!  Rest assured The Chatham Club has you covered with free, online workouts for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home!

This week’s video features our personal trainer, Frank Azarelo III, B.S., M.S.  Frank is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science. Frank joined The Chatham Club staff in 2013. Prior to The Club, he spent five years researching spinal cord injuries (SCI) at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx. While there, Frank co-authored seven scientific research publications. As a personal trainer, Frank has, and continues to, work with all populations including stroke, SCI and other special populations. He enjoys working with athletes because of his passion for sports. Frank’s exercise routines are extremely varied and based on the individual’s specific goals. Frank is proficient in teaching his clients the methods needed to develop and maintain strong mindsets that lead to a healthy lifestyle sustained through exercise and activity.  Frank’s enthusiastic training style is fun and encouraging for you and the whole family!

If you are new to our Bootcamp classes, they are tough!  Bootcamps are designed to push you in a different way every time, but you can expect lunges, planks, and squats. This bootcamp is a total body workout that requires zero equipment and is aimed to keep the body moving with minimal recovery time.  So if you’ve been sitting static on the couch for the past few days, this is the perfect way to get yourself moving again!
