If you are new to our Bootcamp classes, they are tough! Bootcamps are designed to push you in a different way every time, but you can expect lunges, planks, and squats. This bootcamp is a total body workout that requires zero equipment and is aimed to keep the body moving with minimal recovery time. So if you’ve been sitting static on the couch for the past few days, this is the perfect way to get yourself moving again!
