Friends of the Library Annual Meeting

The Friends of the Library of the Chathams have scheduled their 2012 annual board meeting on Wednesday, January 11th at 9:30AM. The meeting will take place in the Lundt Meeting Room on the lower level.

The Friends of the Library of The Chathams are concerned citizens from both Chatham Borough and the Township of Chatham who want to help the joint library give the very best possible service to both communities. They raise money for books, materials, services, programs and improvements which the library could not otherwise provide from municipal funds. They assist in promoting better use of the library with projects such as art exhibits, home-reader service, storytimes, book sales and community events.

The meeting is open to the public. The Board of the Friends of the Library encourages members of Friends of the Library and the general public to join us.
