Giants Sideline Tickets, Disney Trips All Part of the Chatham Athletic Foundation's "Septemberfest," the Outdoor Party of the Year


CHATHAM, NJ – The Chatham Athletic Foundation's outdoor fundraising party is coming soon, with a chance to win Giants sideline tickets and Disney trips.

The second annual event, known as "Septemberfest 2013" will be held Sept. 28 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the Chatham Firehouse Plaza in Chatham Borough. This 21-and-over outdoor event is held rain or shine and will feature live music, great food and beverages from local restaurants. Safe rides are also provided. Individuals who would like to attend are encouraged to register and purchase tickets ($125/person) for the event by visiting

This year there will also be live and silent auction items featuring one-of-a-kind opportunities from Disney Trips to an On-Field-Sideline experience at a NY Giants game to a Jim Cramer/Mad Money TV Show experience. Other items for auction include golf packages, sporting events and memorabilia as well as Spa packages and theme baskets.

            "Following the incredible success of our first Septemberfest, we unanimously decided to hold the event again" said Paul Ivans, President of The Chatham Athletic Foundation. "I encourage everyone to register today for what should be another memorable night. Proceeds from Septemberfest 2013 will support the Chatham Athletic Foundation's mission to promote and enhance Chatham youth athletics. In addition to the large scale field redevelopment projects at Lum and Shunpike Fields, the Foundation also awards smaller grants to individual team, club and Chatham Recreation sports. Recent grants have been awarded for the creation of a Lacrosse Wall at Lum Field, renovations to the Chatham Skate Park, and Chatham Girls Field Hockey program.


The Chatham Athletic Foundation, a registered 501 C(3), is a leading provider of private funding to Chatham youth athletics. It raises funds to support individual sports programs, as well as for capital improvements to the athletic fields throughout the Chathams that are utilized by more than 4,000 children.
