The Sports Department is offering a Martial Arts Adventure Camp for 6-9-year-olds and 10-13-year-olds. The Martial Arts Adventure Camp will provide opportunities to improve balance, agility and strength as well as leadership, teamwork, imagination and problem solving. Children will participate in a variety of games, activities and exercises that promote different martial arts from around the globe. No prior martial arts experience is necessary.

The Fitness Department is excited to offer TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) classes. TRX, a Suspension Training Program, is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. All fitness levels are welcome for all classes. The TRX Body Blast class, a non-stop workout set to music where you spend the entire time using the TRX, builds overall strength and endurance. The TRX Circuit Training class is a fast-paced workout of cardio drills with a combination of skipping ropes, ViPR, box jumps, battle ropes, medicine balls and boxing. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. TRX Personal Training is a great way to start the TRX program or improve your technique. Trainers will set a specific program designed especially for you.

The new Adult Kickball League is looking for participants 18 years and older! Co-ed teams will have 9-12 players and will get team t-shirts. And, yes, it’s the elementary school game you remember – the one with the big red playground ball! It's an easy game that is open to all skill levels. Grab your friends and sign up today!

YMCA Summer Camps and Family Center Clinics featuring gymnastics, sports, performing arts and swimming are available.

Special summer one-month trial memberships are now available, with no initiation fee required, and may be renewed for up to three additional months.
