Mindfulness and Meditation Courses Beginning March 2018

-Space is limited as classes will be small-

MADISON, NJ – In celebration of the new spring season, come experience and enjoy Mindfulness and Meditation with Wendi L. Dumbroff, MA, LPC. Dumbroff is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Madison, New Jersey, where she specializes in individual, family, couple and sex therapy.  She is a highly trained couple and sex therapist who provides a safe, non-judgmental and sex positive environment. Additionally, Wendi is a practitioner and advocate of mindfulness and meditation which are skills she brings into her therapy practice. Currently, groups for individuals, couples, and the LGBTQ community are being offered.

The Mindfulness and Meditation Courses will consist of a series of eight weekly 90-minute classes beginning in March. Please join this exciting experiential course and learn to meditate as you nurture the seeds of kindness within you.

Dumbroff has extensive experience counseling individuals, families, and couples, around many different matters including; infidelity, lack of communication, depression, anxiety and all aspects of sexual issues. Highly intuitive, she honors the perspectives of each person in the room; she deeply believes therapy is a very courageous choice and key to understanding un-useful patterns, which repeat in relationships.
