MORRISTOWN, NJ – The Morristown field hockey team has a lot to defend in 2017, having won NJAC-United, Morris County, and a North 1, Group IV title last fall. On opening day, the Colonials took a big step towards holding on to its divisional perch.
 
Morristown defeated Chatham, 6-0, victory on Thursday afternoon. Indira Summerville led the way for the Colonials with a hat trick, while junior Olivia Graham score two goals and assisted on two others in a strong starting performance.
 
Lacrosse star Callie Sundin tacked on a goal and assist for the winners, who got a five save shutout performance from new goalie Emily Prachthauser.

Chatham's Meghan LeMon Awarded Degree from Miami University in Ohio

OXFORD, OH -- Meghan LeMon of Chatham was among more than 3,900 students from Miami University who received degrees during spring commencement exercises Saturday, May 19, 2018, at Millett Hall.

LeMon graduated MAGNA with a BA degree, majoring in Speech Path & Audiology.

Considered one of eight original "Public Ivies" in the country, Miami University is located in Oxford, Ohio.
