CHATHAM, NJ - When the last of the provisional ballots are counted, the board of elections in Morristown is expected to certify that Thaddeus Kobylarz and Robert Weber have won seats on the Borough of Chatham Council.

Kobylarz and Weber attended the Borough of Chatham Council meeting as observers on Monday night. They will be sworn in during the council's reorganization meeting in January.

Kobylarz and Weber received the most votes in the four-way race for two council seats that were decided on Nov. 7.
