Local Mary Kay consultants are teaming up with Operation Jersey Cares, a non-profit organization that coordinates and donations and services to our troops.

During the month of June, for every donation received from residents or businesses, local Mary Kay consultants will match those donations dollar for dollar. The money will be used to send "Sunscreen kits" to the U.S. Troops overseas. So far, over $15,000 in donations has been raised for the troops, the midway point to the goal of raising $30,000, by June  30, 2015.

On Saturday, June 13th the Chatham Borough Republican Committee (CBRC) donated $300 toward that effort.
