Pet Portraiture Class Offered at Chatham Senior Center


The Senior Center of the Chathams is pleased to announce a new art class: Pet Portraiture with local artist Philla Barkhorn.

Pet Portraiture, an acrylics class, will be offered on four Wednesdays in June from 10 a.m. to noon at the Senior Center, 58 Meyersville Rd.

The cost is $45 for the four-part series and includes canvases. Pre registration is necessary and open to the public. For those under age 60, the cost of the four-week session, including canvases, is $55.

Barkhorn is a member of the Art League of the Chathams and has studied with numerous artists in the Tri-state area including Monica Baumann and Gregory Mortenson.
