The Sam Failla Foundation had it's 2nd annual golf outing on August 14th 2020 at Ash Brook Golf Course in Scotch Plains, NJ.

72 participants had a beautiful day of laughs, shared memories of Sam, a hole-in-one by Todd Rainey of Bucks County, PA and raised $4350 for Scan-Harbor, which is the largest youth service provider in Harlem, East Harlem and the South Bronx, SCAN-Harbor supports "at risk" children and their families to achieve positive life goals. 

The coveted "Green Jacket" winners were Taylor Hollander of Philadelphia and Chet McLaughlin of Chatham NJ.

Sam Failla graduated from Chatham High school in 2012 where he was captain of the Cougar football team. Sam earned his college degree from the University of South Carolina in 2016, where he was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity. His passions were snowboarding, traveling and mentoring young kids. Sam was a certified level II snowboard instructor in his second season for Vail Resorts where he passed away tragically on February 6th 2018 on Vail Mountain.

Created in 2018, the Sam Failla foundation is managed by Alexandria, Ellie, Whitney and Johnny Failla and is dedicated to random acts of kindness for the benefit of America's youth.
