CHATHAM, NJ - Senior singles player Kristen Marqueen and the senior doubles team of Olivia Morris and Kristin McDermott won their matches to help Chatham defeat Sparta, 4-1, in girls tennis played Monday at Colony Courts.

Marqueen won in straight sets at second singles, 6-1, 6-4 over Sparta's Sydney Slouka. Morris and McDermott defeated Richa Navalurkar and Sara Kujalowicz, 6-0, 6-1.

Also winning for Chatham was No. 1 singles Laurel Hickey, who won over Sarah Dioneda, 6-0, 6-0.

Jen McCann and Abby Morgan won at first doubles for the Lady Cougars over Christine Tran and Isabella DeFilippis, 6-0, 6-0.
